AmTrust Financial Services in Overland Park, KS seeks a Manager, RN Branch Manager of Telephonic Case Management for Workers' Compensation to lead a team of nurse case managers and drive best-in-class outcomes.

You will oversee operations, coach staff, ensure adherence to standards, manage budgets, and collaborate with physicians, claims professionals and leadership to optimize medical treatment and safe return-to-work.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted RN license in a US state or territory with multistate eligibility.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• National certification in case management or plan to obtain within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop staff to deliver high-quality telephonic case management.
• Oversee departmental operations and administrative activities.
• Ensure adherence to standards and protocols for caseload management.
• Recruit, coach and develop staff to build a high-performance team.
• Manage performance reviews, coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Oversee salary budgets and staffing authorizations; advise leadership.
• Serve as expert resource for care coordination across cases.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and programs.
• Assist with new business/renewal presentations and service reviews.
• Implement policy updates and new procedures.
