Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in Sterling, Virginia. This full-time hybrid role requires regular local travel for in-person patient appointments.

You will work with treating physicians, employers, and injured workers to develop and implement cost-effective treatment plans that aim for maximum medical recovery and return to work. The ideal candidate is an RN with 2+ years of clinical practice and experience in workers’ compensation.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree or related field required; RN in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience desired.
• Ability to advocate effectively with physicians, employers, and customers; work independently; solid grammar and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries, medications, comorbidities, and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational relevance.
• Collaborate with physicians to create tailored treatment plans.
• Coordinate with employers to modify job duties to enable early return to work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and submit status updates to customers.
