Genex Service LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC seeks a Medical Field Case Manager to support injured workers through evidence-based case management. This full-time hybrid role requires local travel for in-person appointments and close collaboration with treating physicians, employers, and patients to craft effective treatment plans.

You will ensure cost-efficient healthcare, enable timely return-to-work, and contribute to a productive bonus program.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers.
• Proficient in basic computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage treatment plans for injured workers.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to tailor plans.
• Facilitate early return-to-work by modifying job duties where practical.
• Prepare status updates for customers and attend appointments as needed.
