Job summary

RCM Healthcare Services in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator (RN) for MLTC to lead education programs, assess learning needs, and ensure competency across clinical staff. You will partner with clinical leadership to strengthen practice and compliance.

This hybrid/onsite role supports onboarding, ongoing professional development, quality improvement, and regulatory alignment with MLTC, DOH, Medicare, and Medicaid standards, while promoting staff engagement and patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current unrestricted RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs of clinical staff and recommend education programs.
• Provide orientation and onboarding support with competency assessments.
• Evaluate staff performance through field visits and feedback to Clinical Leadership.
• Develop, implement, and update training modules, policies, procedures, and in-service training programs.
• Ensure compliance with MLTC, DOH, Medicare, and Medicaid standards.
