Job summary

RCM Health Care Services is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator (RN) for MLTC, onsite in Brooklyn. You will lead staff education, drive onboarding, and promote clinical excellence across teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing and an active RN license; a Master's degree is preferred. You’ll interact with leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality improvement initiatives with a focus on staff development and patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current unrestricted RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs of clinical staff using data collection methods and recommend education programs.
• Provide orientation and onboarding support, including competency assessments for new hires.
• Evaluate staff performance through field visits and documentation review with feedback to leadership.
• Develop, implement, and update educational modules, policies, and in-service training.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts and ensure compliance with MLTC, DOH, Medicare and Medicaid.
