North Shore Healthcare is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), an RN-led role blending clinical leadership with direct patient care. This position supports the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, directing and evaluating nursing services across the center.

The role requires on-floor leadership, strong financial and management skills, and flexibility. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and clear English communication are essential for team mentoring and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with the state required.
• Must have good financial and management skills and be able to adapt to flexible schedule.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. Computer proficiency with Microsoft products.

Responsabilités

• Assist the DON in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations and nursing core programs.
• Manage nursing services within budget and participate in on-call rotation.
