Journey seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to serve as a clinical operational liaison between units and the Director of Nursing. The ADON manages daily nursing operations, ensures policy and regulation compliance, and supports care delivery model implementation.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with other departments, oversee quality initiatives, and step in for the DON when needed. Strong leadership, communication, and a BSN or higher are preferred.

Formación

• Active RN license with at least three years of nursing experience, including supervisory.
• BSN preferred, with skills in organizing and managing nursing services and personnel.
• Proficient reading, writing, and speaking English with basic data analysis ability.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Nursing Department Leadership: support DON in staffing, scheduling, and enforcing policies.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance: ensure regulatory compliance and oversee infection control and care planning.
• Staff Development and Oversight: participate in hiring, training, and performance reviews.
