Job summary

Safety National is seeking a Revenue Optimization Manager in a hybrid role based in St. Louis. You will transform data into actionable insights, partner with revenue teams and brokers, and develop reporting solutions using Excel, Salesforce, and Power BI to drive revenue growth.

You will lead analytics initiatives, forecast performance, and support strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations. A strong background in BI tools and CRM systems is required for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related analytical field is required.
• Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue, sales, marketing, business operations, or analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor revenue metrics, forecasts, and leading indicators to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with revenue teams and brokers to develop growth strategies and improve processes.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical models using Excel, Salesforce, Power BI and other BI tools.
• Oversee Salesforce data quality and reporting to support forecasting and decision-making.
• Develop and deliver Salesforce training and maintain best practices documentation.
