Job summary

Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is assisting a Forbes-ranked hospital in Gratiot, OH to recruit a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager. The role leads IT projects across revenue cycle, supports system life cycle activities, and directs a team of scheduling, HIM, and billing staff.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in information systems or related field, 4+ years of PM experience, and 5+ years in information systems with healthcare revenue cycle exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience including healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects across the system life cycle.
• Supervise daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, and billing teams.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize team activities; ensure integration of system configuration.
• Develop weekly status reports for the Project Director.
• Provide guidance on process improvement and system transformation initiatives.
