Job summary

Ilocatum seeks a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT initiatives in a healthcare setting. You will manage revenue cycle, financial/operational systems, and oversee project lifecycles from analysis to go-live with Epic experience.

The role requires strong PM skills, team leadership, and stakeholder management. Hybrid work arrangement in Gratiot, OH with 50% on-site presence and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years project management experience.
• 5+ years information systems experience with 3+ years healthcare revenue cycle/operational systems.
• Strong personnel management and communication skills.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, implementation projects.
• Experience with process redesign and re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manages revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through full lifecycle.
• Supervises daily operations of the registration, scheduling, HIM, imaging, billing teams.
• Plans work schedules, monitors performance, resolves issues.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and alignment with the project plan.
• Develops weekly status reports for the Project Director.
• Leverages Epic experience in team tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinates with clients to identify needs and requirements.
• Provides proactive project management and process improvement guidance.
