Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager in Gratiot, OH. This full-time, hybrid role oversees IT projects across revenue cycle and financial/operational systems, coordinating with multiple teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Responsibilities include leading system design and implementation, managing staff, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while aligning with strategic goals. Epic experience is valued, with a competitive 95K–125K salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience with healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems.
• Experience with large and small system selection, system acquisition, and implementation projects.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects through all life cycle stages.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, hospital and ambulatory billing systems.
• Determines work schedules, monitors performance, resolves technical and project issues.
• Plans and manages day-to-day activities of teams including prioritization and meeting plans.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and coordinated design/build.
• Prepares weekly status reports for the Project Director.
• Ensures project completion per plan and assesses risk impact.
• Promotes new system to users.
