Community Health Resources in Windsor, CT is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management for a hybrid, full-time role. Lead end-to-end revenue cycle processes across registration, eligibility, coding, billing, denials, and collections, and collaborate with clinical and front-office leadership to maximize reimbursement.

The position requires 10+ years in revenue cycle with at least 3 years in leadership, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, MBA/MHA preferred, and payer contract negotiation

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of progressive revenue cycle experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Nonprofit/community-based healthcare experience; Medicaid/Medicare billing expertise desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continuously improve end-to-end revenue cycle processes from enrollment to collections.
• Develop and maintain compliant revenue cycle policies and workflows.
• Partner with clinical, operations, and front-office leadership on front-end workflows.
• Negotiate, review, and manage payer contracts; monitor performance.
