CHR in Windsor, CT, seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle Management for a hybrid role with 2 in-office days weekly. Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations, drive policy development, and optimize payer contracts to maximize reimbursement.

Strong leadership, analytics, and collaboration with clinical and administrative teams are essential. The role requires deep knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare billing, robust KPI reporting, and the ability to guide a high-performing team in a complex healthcare

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting, health administration or related field.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive revenue cycle experience in healthcare or behavioral health.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing revenue cycle staff.
• Experience negotiating and managing payer contracts in healthcare.

Mansioni

• Lead and improve end-to-end revenue cycle processes including registration, eligibility, coding, billing, submissions, posting, denials, and collections.
• Develop and maintain compliant revenue cycle policies and workflows to maximize reimbursement.
• Partner with clinical, operations, and front-office leadership on front-end workflows and patient financial processes.
• Oversee payer contracts with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurers for favorable rates.
• Monitor KPIs, dashboards, and trends; present findings to CFO and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and service orientation in revenue cycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and payer guidelines.
• Negotiate, review, and manage payer contracts; maintain contract repository and renewal tracking.
• Manage vendor relationships and optimize use of EHR/PM systems to improve workflows.
