Brockton Area Multi-Servi (BAMSI) seeks a Director of Revenue Cycle and Contract Management to lead revenue lifecycle from contracts to billing, collections, and financial reporting. You will ensure timely revenue recognition under GAAP, manage government contracts and third‑party payers, and partner with the CFO and program leaders.

This leadership role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive process improvements across billing, compliance, and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in revenue cycle, reimbursement, billing, accounts receivable, contract finance, or revenue accounting, including at least three years in a leadership role.
• Three or more years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience managing government contracts, grants, or publicly funded human-services or healthcare revenue.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition.
• Ability to interpret complex contracts and payer requirements, and influence action across departments.

Responsabilités

• Lead monthly revenue close activities for government contracts, grants, fee-for-service programs, and third-party payers.
• Reconcile services delivered, billing system activity, remittances, cash receipts, AR, and general ledger revenue accounts.
• Interpret financial and billing provisions for DDS, DMH, and other public funding agreements.
• Coordinate invoices, cost reports, and other submissions required by funders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to reduce revenue leakage and improve cash flow.
