Job summary

Health Advances is seeking a full-time Contract, Billing & Revenue Specialist to manage contract-to-cash processes, ensure accurate billing, and drive timely revenue recognition. This role collaborates with contracts, case management, billing, and finance teams to minimize outstanding receivables and support audit readiness.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Finance & Accounting and is based in Newton, MA with a hybrid, onsite work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 3–5 years of billing, revenue management, or accounting.
• Experience supporting project-based or professional services organizations preferred.
• Knowledge of ASC 606 revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Contract Administrator with standard client agreements, amendments, SOWs, NRLs and other templates.
• Coordinate signatures and maintain contract files for fully executed agreements.
• Maintain contract administration trackers and ensure data accuracy.
• Review client agreements for restrictions and compliance requirements (subcontractors, AI usage, data privacy).
• Review revenue info across CRM, budgets, proposals, contracts for consistency.
