Job summary

Mobility Bone & Joint Institute in Hingham, MA seeks a Revenue Cycle Director to lead the end-to-end financial lifecycle for MBJI and SSO, reporting to the NOA CEO. This hybrid, on-site role directs charge capture, coding, billing, denials, AR, and collections, and builds executive dashboards to drive cash flow and performance.

The ideal candidate has seven+ years in healthcare revenue cycle with leadership experience, strong payer knowledge, and a collaborative partnering approach with Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or significant relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• At least seven years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience, including three+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of professional billing, coding, denials, payer reimbursement, and AR analytics.
• Experience with multiple payers and payer types including Medicare, Medicaid, MassHealth, NH Medicaid.
• Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle operations across multiple divisions.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve cash flow and reduce leakage.
• Oversee charge capture, coding, billing, denials, AR, and collections.
• Develop dashboards and reports for executive visibility.
• Build and develop high-performing revenue cycle teams.
• Partner with Finance and leadership on budgeting and forecasting.
