Job summary

Corebridge Financial in Houston, TX is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead onboarding of new plans and conversions, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time.

You will communicate the implementation plan, manage timelines, milestones and success criteria, and provide consultative solutions for pricing, eligibility, data exchanges and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent background required.
• 5+ years of related experience in implementations or project management.
• Excellent communication skills across verbal, written, interpersonal and presentation.
• Proficiency with computer software and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Consult internal/external customers on implementation milestones/activities.
• Coordinate with Relationship Manager, Account Manager and partners for a smooth transition.
• Lead kickoff meetings and weekly sponsor meetings with stakeholders.
• Provide consultative solutions for pricing, eligibility, data exchanges, contracts and processing.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans with timelines and milestones.
