Job summary

StyleKorean Inc. is seeking an entry-level Retail Operations Associate to support U.S. store operations from our Buena Park, CA office. Responsibilities include POS system management, product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination.

You will assist with store openings, sales reporting, and ongoing operational requests while collaborating with store managers and internal teams. On-site role with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within retail operations.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates or 0–2 years of relevant experience welcomed.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support for MOIDA retail stores across the U.S. and communicate with store managers regarding operational needs.
• Manage POS and retail systems, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and system updates.
• Support new product launches and manage store reorders and product shipments.
• Monitor store inventory, maintain accurate inventory data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate necessary adjustments.
• Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports and analyze store sales performance and trends.
• Support new store openings, including product preparation, POS setup, inventory setup, store supplies, and overall opening readiness.
• Follow up on store operational requests and issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with other Retail Operations projects and responsibilities as needed.
