Our Client seeks an Associate Account Executive to drive direct sales within the Retail Industry, handling leads from the internal team and maximizing opportunities through cross-sell and up-sell strategies. Fresh graduates welcome.

The role is hybrid, requiring travel to the European HQ in Breukelen, The Netherlands at least 5 days per month and proximity within 2–3 hours of Breukelen. You will consult with supplier partners, articulate value propositions clearly, and maintain strong customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a sales role.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication and customer engagement skills.
• Fluent in English and German; strong relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilités

• Execute on retailer-directed leads and assess each supplier's technical environment to tailor solutions.
• Act as a consultant and clearly communicate value propositions, timelines, and requirements to partners.
• Drive adoption of retailer agreements and coordinate campaigns with the sales team.
• Proactively reach out to prospective and existing customers using a consultative sales approach.
• Address supplier objections and relay feedback to Retailers to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal account teams to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Document activities, findings, and pipeline velocity in Salesforce.com.
• Provide timely feedback on program quality and manage retailer expectations.
