Job summary

Fielmann USA is seeking a Full Time Real Estate Manager to join our team in Deerfield, IL. You will lead strategic real estate decisions, manage site selection, and coordinate LOI, lease negotiations, and development handoff to support store openings and expansions.

Collaborating with legal, Store Planning, Construction and Finance, you will build strong relationships with brokers and landlords, evaluate market data, and deliver compelling approval packages for Real Estate Committee reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3-5 years in commercial real estate with acquisitions and negotiations.
• 1-3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Experience with market/site analysis and financial analysis of real estate investments.
• Experience with SiteSeer analytics tool.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic real estate development plans aligned with growth priorities.
• Research markets to identify viable locations for new stores, relocations and expansions.
• Conduct market and site analysis using data and analytics tools.
• Coordinate due diligence and site visits for evaluation and approval.
• Build and maintain brokerage and landlord relationships to source opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with brokers and landlords on rent and terms.
