Fielmann USA is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead multiple retail new-store and remodel projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective store delivery at Green Bay, WI or Mt.

Clemens, MI. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Proven leadership in managing multiple construction projects in retail.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee multiple new-store and remodel construction projects from start to finish.
• Attend coordination and progress meetings and conduct regular site visits.
• Serve as the primary company construction contact at active worksites with stakeholders.
• Maintain daily engagement, monitor progress, and respond to delays and issues.
• Identify and mitigate recurring construction issues.
