Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of one year in sales support, customer service, banking operations, or financial services.

• Proficiency with MS Office applications and data handling.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate documentation for newly opened accounts.
• Ensure customer information is accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Identify and correct documentation discrepancies and data entry errors.
• Support end-of-day sales closing across deposits, commercial, credit products, and ACH.
• Generate and maintain operational and production reports for management.
• Coordinate sales documentation distribution using digital tools and e-sign platforms.
• Monitor service quality and customer experience metrics.
• Conduct quality reviews of sales transactions and suggest improvements.
• Support customer profiling, cross-selling, and retention efforts.
• Maintain accuracy of customer information in core banking systems.
• Respond to inquiries from retail and digital banking teams on documentation.
• Recommend improvements to procedures and processes.
• Participate in meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
