Job summary

Interactive Brokers Group seeks an Account Operations Analyst to support the New Accounts team in a hybrid role (4 days in the office/1 day remote) in Chicago, IL. Daily processing of client applications, document review, and cross-functional collaboration ensure compliant account openings.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, FINRA registrations or sponsorship, and strong Excel/MS Office skills, plus superb organization and communication abilities to support regulatory and client service

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
FINRA Series 7, 6, 63 registrations; IBKR may sponsor a license if job-related.
Proficient with MS Office applications, including advanced Excel.
Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask.
Self-organized team player with an excellent eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications.
Review documentation related to a new account.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.
Cross-reference multiple databases and ensure AML/KYC regulatory requirements are met before opening an account.
Follow regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Correspond with clients, sales representatives and Client service representatives.
