The position is entry-level (0–3 years) and requires solid organizational skills, concise communication, and the ability to work independently. The hybrid role offers in-office collaboration with one remote day and access to IB’s broad benefits

Qualifications

• Entry-level/early career position (0–3 years).
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills required.
• Familiarity with financial services regulatory environment is helpful but not required.
• Solid academic background – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work independently in a small team and manage priorities.
• Clear, concise communication skills.
• High comfort with technology and ability to learn IB systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the Regulatory Correspondence intake process with limited oversight.
• Identify and assess inquiries from regulators and law enforcement.
• Create and assign related matters in internal case management.
• Monitor regulatory response timelines and facilitate productions.
• Communicate with regulators, law enforcement, and IB stakeholders.
• Escalate matters to Regulatory Correspondence management as needed.
