Job summary

Interactive Brokers is seeking an Account Operations Analyst to support the New Accounts team in a hybrid role (4 days in the office/1 day remote). You will process institutional and retail client applications, review documentation for new accounts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely approvals and ongoing maintenance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, FINRA licensing (Series 7/6/63) with sponsorship possible, and strong Excel/MS Office skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• FINRA licenses: Series 7, 6, 63; sponsorship possible for license if job-related.
• Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications
• Review documentation related to a new account
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.
• Cross-reference multiple databases and ensure AML/KYC before opening an account
• Follow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Correspond with clients, sales representatives and Client service representatives.
