Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the Regulatory Correspondence intake process with limited oversight.
• Identify and assess inquiries from regulators and law enforcement.
• Create and assign related matters within internal case management.
• Monitor regulatory response timelines and facilitate timely productions.
• Communicate with regulators, law enforcement, and IB stakeholders about case status.
• Escalate matters to Regulatory Correspondence management as appropriate.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
