Job summary

Interactive Brokers Group seeks an Account Operations Analyst to support the New Accounts team in a hybrid role (4 days in the office/1 day remote) in Chicago, IL. Daily processing of client applications, document review, and cross-functional collaboration ensure compliant account openings.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, FINRA registrations or sponsorship, and strong Excel/MS Office skills, plus superb organization and communication abilities to support regulatory and client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• FINRA Series 7, 6, 63 registrations; IBKR may sponsor a license if job-related.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, including advanced Excel.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask.
• Self-organized team player with an excellent eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Interactive Brokers seeks several motivated individuals to join our Application Support Group as an Account Operations Analyst to support the New Accounts team. Responsibilities:

• Daily processing of institutional and retail client applications
• Review documentation related to a new account
• Collaborate with other cross-functional teams to assist with account approval and maintenance.
• Cross-reference multiple databases and ensure that regulatory aspects of AML and KYC are completed before opening an account
• Follow various regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Correspond with clients, sales representatives and Client service representatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Registrations: FINRA Series 7, 6, 63. IBKR will sponsor a FINRA license if job-related
• Proficient user of MS Office applications, including advanced Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize effectively and multitask
• Self-organized team player with an excellent eye for detail
