Qualifications

• Experience maintaining employee records, staffing rosters, or resource tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate candidate tracking records throughout the recruiting and selection process.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and panel members.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and status tracking.
• Track staffing rosters, assignments, and workforce changes across the program.
• Coordinate immigration-related administrative tasks and staffing reporting.

Education
