The role requires posting within 24 business hours, ensuring data integrity and compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in administrative, talent acquisition, or HR functions, and are based in the Charlotte area and able to come into the office 2 days

• Based in the Charlotte area.
• Willing to come into the office 2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Post requisitions to the Compass Careers Page and external job boards.
• Post all assigned requisitions within 24 business hours after submittal.
• Demonstrate posting best practices for data integrity and compliance.
• Assist Recruiting Team with sourcing tasks as time allows.
• Complete other assignments and projects as needed.
