Qualifications

• Ability to manage and prioritize high-volume tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process and approve high volume of job requisitions to be posted to the Compass Careers Page and external job boards.
• Post all assigned requisitions within SLA of 24 business hours after submittal.
• Demonstrate Posting Best Practices to ensure data integrity of job postings.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company policies for posting requisitions.
• Assist Recruiting Team with sourcing tasks as time permits.
• Complete other assignments and projects as warranted by workloads.
• Field calls and tickets from operators; provide ATS technical support.
• Provide high level of customer service.
