Job summary

RI International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment at the Mecklenburg Recovery Response Center in Charlotte, NC. This role is hybrid, with standard hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a salary between $67,000 and $75,000 annually.

You will partner with hiring managers to fill licensed, leadership, and entry-level roles, build strong pipelines, and manage the candidate journey from posting to offer while maintaining diverse representation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in human resources.
• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience using various interview techniques.
• Strong expertise in building talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates.
• Experience with ATS, social media platforms, job posting platforms, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and drive a positive candidate experience.
• Source candidates online and coordinate interview and selection procedures.
• Manage job requisitions, postings, and offer letters; design job descriptions and interview questions.
• Coordinate participation in job fairs and recruitment events; build relationships with past applicants and passive candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure goals set by TA leadership are met.
