Job summary

ADUSA Procurement, part of Ahold Delhaize USA, seeks a data-driven analyst to support daily Demand and Supply Chain reporting. Build dashboards, conduct ad hoc analyses, and present insights to inform data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with Demand leadership, IT and Data Governance to ensure data integrity, translate complex data into meaningful narratives, and help set priorities through regular leadership reviews. Hybrid work includes in-person days at core locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, math, statistics, or related field.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in analytics or demand planning.
• Analytics certifications preferred.
• Experience with Demand and Supply Chain analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Demand and Supply Chain through reporting and data analysis that improves strategies.
• Collaborate across Demand, Supply Chain, IT, and Data Governance to ensure data integrity.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop reporting requirements and effective interfaces.
• Produce reports with interpretation of key metrics and ad hoc requests.
• Translate data requests into actionable recommendations and formatting.
• Conduct complex correlation analyses and present concise results.
• Create presentations showing trends and insights for leadership reviews.
• Provide analytics and reports that translate data into actionable priorities.
• Serve as SME for data analytics tools and promote data-driven change.
• Support continuous learning and growth of analytics capabilities.
