Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in demand planning and allocation processes.
• Experience coordinating store allocations with distribution centers and brands.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory and ensure timely execution of planned allocations for applicable DCs.
• Review upcoming allocations and build daily plans to meet facility needs.
• Maintain reporting and tracking of all Released Allocations by DC.
• Maintain reporting and tracking of allocations not supported by inventory by DC.
• Support ad hoc allocation requests with business partners and DC sign-off.
• Ensure timely execution of all Seasonal allocations with progress tracking.
• Collaborate with Brand Partners to understand allocation variances and root causes.
• Analyze system exceptions and work with IT to resolve issues.
