Job summary

Invenergy, headquartered in Chicago, is seeking a development/change-management program coordinator. You will support stakeholder engagement, plan communications, track adoption, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to translate priorities into actionable workplans.

The role requires 3–5 years in renewable/clean energy or related fields, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. A hybrid work model is offered with in-office Mon-Thu and remote Fri when feasible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years in renewable/clean energy, project or program management, business operations, change management, or related.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools; strong communication and synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Enhance change management across Development by supporting stakeholder engagement, communications planning, adoption tracking, documentation, and follow-through.
• Coordinate cross-functional program management initiatives between Development and other teams, translating priorities into clear workplans and deadlines.
• Support meteorological tower program management: manage spend, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, ensure visibility of campaigns.
