Invenergy, LLC in Chicago is seeking an Associate in Renewable Development focusing on planning and organization within our cross-functional Development group. You will support change management, stakeholder engagement, and program delivery across teams to translate technical priorities into actionable workplans.

The role emphasizes process documentation, training coordination, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid schedule and a base pay in the six-figure range plus a bonus opportunity.

Qualificações

• A BS or BA from an accredited college program.
• 3-5 years of work experience in renewable and/or clean energy, project or program management, business operations, change management, or relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams; comfortable learning and using new systems and collaboration tools.
• Excellent critical thinking skills, with the ability to perform desktop research, analyze information from a variety of sources, and synthesize information to provide concise recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proven ability to take initiative, work in an ambiguous environment, balance evolving priorities, and respond effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Capable of tailoring messages based on audience, building internal relationships, and gathering information across teams, including technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance change management practices across the Development organization by supporting internal stakeholder engagement, communications planning, adoption tracking, process documentation, and implementation follow-through.
• Coordinate cross-functional program management initiatives involving Development and other teams across the organization, helping translate technical information and priorities into clear workplans, deadlines, and next steps.
• Support meteorological tower program management by managing spend, coordinating contractors and stakeholders, and maintaining clear status visibility to ensure campaigns proceed efficiently.
• Support Development training programs, including scheduling, participant communication, content coordination, materials preparation, follow-up tracking, and continuous improvement of program structure.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency through practical process improvements, templates, documentation, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
