Strive Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Actuarial Underwriting to support actuarial functions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on evaluating new business opportunities.

You will execute assignments using actuarial and statistical methods, and participate in an actuarial study program designed to support your exams. Reporting to the Senior Director, Actuarial.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in Actuarial services, Healthcare Economics, or related field.
• Minimum three completed actuarial exams.
• Internet connectivity matching min speeds and latency requirements.
• Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop opportunity assessments for new clients or expansions.
• Refine the opportunity assessment model with richer industry data and assumptions.
• Evaluate the financial impact of key contract terms with the contracting team.
• Develop client-specific assumptions as part of budgeting process.
• Present models and insights to internal and external partners.
