You'll coordinate with executives and operations, use Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and Salesloft to track opportunities, maintain records, and ensure timely responses, while driving customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales efforts in a B2B environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; knowledge of construction services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with follow-ups on opportunities and deals.
• Serve as liaison between customers and sales team for timely responses.
• Track progress and customer interactions in CRM systems such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft.
• Work with Account Executives to identify customer needs and support closing activities.
• Follow up with existing customers to nurture relationships and identify additional needs.
• Coordinate with operations and leadership to align scope, pricing, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and keep CRM up to date.
• Conduct limited outbound outreach to targeted prospects and warm leads.
