Closets by Design Atlanta is seeking Sales/Designer representatives to deliver custom organizing solutions with pre-set appointments near Newnan. This role offers hybrid-remote work, no prior experience required, and full sales and design training.

You will engage homeowners, design solutions, and guide projects from consult to close. Benefits include health and retirement options, mentorship, 1 week of paid sales training, flexible scheduling, and a direct track to Senior Sales Designer within

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week sales training, paid by a stipend.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads, and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
• Close deals and sell the products that they reached out to us to purchase.
