Closets by Design Atlanta is hiring Sales/Designer representatives to help homeowners transform their spaces with tailored organizing solutions. You will receive pre-set appointments and comprehensive training, with no prior sales experience required.

This role offers a hybrid-remote schedule, ongoing mentorship, a clear path toward Senior Sales Designer, and a performance-based bonus structure within a supportive franchise environment.

Qualifications

• No degree or certifications required.
• Coachable candidates sought with a growth mindset.
• Willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with valid license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organization needs.
• Close deals and sell the products that they reached out to us to purchase; earning potential increases with performance.
