Closets by Design Atlanta is seeking Sales/Designer representatives to help clients realize personalized home organization solutions. You will work outside of a traditional office, with pre-set appointments arranged for you in the local area, and you will receive complete sales and design training so no prior experience is required.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience required.
• Must be coachable with a growth mindset.
• Must complete 1-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (leads provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow sales training and help residential customers with home organization needs.
• Close deals and earn based on performance.
• Your earning potential is up to you.
