Closets by Design Atlanta is hiring Sales/Designer representatives who enjoy helping people organize spaces. Work with pre-set appointments, training provided, no prior sales experience required, and flexibility with a hybrid-remote schedule.

You will build rapport, walk through homes, present design solutions, close deals, and earn commissions. The franchise emphasizes mentorship, growth and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• No degree or prior sales experience is required.
• Candidates must be coachable and able to complete a 1-week paid training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and help residential customers with their home organization needs.
• Close deals and sell the products the customer reached out to us to purchase.
• Your earning potential is driven by your performance.
