Closets by Design Atlanta is hiring Sales/Designer representatives to bring organization solutions to homes. You will work with pre-set appointments, train in sales and design, and enjoy a flexible, hybrid-remote schedule near your area.

No prior degree or sales experience is required, and coaching supports territory growth. Since 1999, Closets by Design Atlanta has helped homeowners transform spaces with tailor-made closets, home offices, and organized interiors, offering mentorship and a path

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week sales training, paid by a stipend.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads, and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
• Close deals and sell the products that they reached out to us to purchase. The more that you close, the more that you make.
