Relativity is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Global Business Operations team. You will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, shape strategy, and coordinate senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Legal, and other units.

You will drive integrated roadmaps, surface dependencies, and govern programs with executive oversight, delivering clear updates and ensuring alignment with company-wide outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work without formal authority.
• Strong executive presence and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record owning enterprise-level programs from strategy to execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic programs from shaping and scoping through execution and measurable outcomes.
• Define program strategy, success metrics, and priorities with executive sponsors.
• Surface dependencies and resolve conflicts across teams and systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive accountability.
• Partner with GBO and other business units; align stakeholders toward goals.
• Build integrated roadmaps with scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Identify risks early and drive decisions to resolution across priorities.
• Run governance, steering committees, and decision logs; escalate as needed.
• Communicate updates with executive presence to senior leadership.
• Bring structure to ambiguity and improve program delivery across GBO.
