Job summary

IP Recruiter Group is seeking a patent attorney for a hybrid remote position focusing on prep and prosecution of patents across automotive, robotics, and materials systems. You will work with major domestic corporate clients and have flexibility to set personal production targets.

Qualifications include a minimum BS in Engineering, Physics, or Material Science, at least 2 years of full-time drafting and prosecution, USPTO and state bar, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Physics, or Material Science required.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience.
• Ability to produce high-quality patents for complex technologies.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
• State bar and USPTO bar are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patents for major domestic corporate clients.
• Provide opinions, due diligence, and PTAB-related support.
• Possibly handle trademarks if desired.
• Support client development with origination credit if applicable.
