Qualifications

• Minimum BS Engineering, Physics, or Material Science.
• At least 2 years of full-time claim drafting and prosecutions experience.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality patents relating to complex technologies.
• Solid interpersonal communication skills for client interaction.
• State bar and USPTO bar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prosecute patents for major domestic clients.
• Provide opinions and due diligence on patent matters.
• Support PTAB-related activities.
• Possibly handle trademark work if desired.
