Job summary

IP Recruiter Group is seeking a patent attorney for a hybrid remote position focusing on prep and prosecution of patents across automotive, robotics, and materials systems. You will work with major domestic corporate clients and have flexibility to set personal production targets.

Qualifications include a minimum BS in Engineering, Physics, or Material Science, at least 2 years of full-time drafting and prosecution, USPTO and state bar, and strong communication skills.

Hybrid Remote Opportunity

This is an excellent patent attorney opportunity within a well established and rapidly growing practice. There is an abundance of challenging and sophisticated work here, thus you will be exposed to a diverse array of technologies (e.g., automotive; robotics & automated manufacturing; machine design; electro-mechanical devises and related control systems; industrial equipment; consumer products; optical systems; polymers; process and chemical engineering; material science).
The primary focus will be preparation & prosecution of patents for major domestic corporate clients, opinions, due diligence, PTAB related support, and possibly trademarks if you desire. Client assignment and responsibility will be dependent upon your technical expertise, experience, and demonstrated ability.
