Job summary

Service First Processing, Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to support our merchants and partner network.

You will be the primary contact for existing customers, handling inquiries, support requests, PCI compliance assistance, account maintenance, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate has merchant services experience, excels at helping customers, and collaborates with Sales, Operations, Underwriting, and Risk teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in merchant services, payment processing, fintech, banking, or related support roles.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience supporting existing customers and resolving account issues.
• Knowledge of merchant processing terminology and operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Experience working with CRM and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to merchant and partner calls, emails, and support requests.
• Support existing merchant accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist merchants with PCI compliance enrollment and renewals.
• Handle ACH rejects, funding inquiries, and account maintenance requests.
• Manage statements, batch reports, and bank account changes.
• Provide terminal and gateway support; assist with password resets.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and support documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Underwriting, and Risk teams to resolve issues.
• Support merchant onboarding and retention efforts.
