KORT Payments in California is seeking a dedicated High Value Client Specialist for a hybrid, full-time role. You will serve as the primary contact for key customers, coordinate with internal teams, and help customers understand statements and the chargeback process.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in merchant services, plus hands-on experience with POS devices and credit card terminals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2+ years of merchant services experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with credit card terminals and POS devices.
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment with deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven analytical skills and business acumen.
• Ability to build relationships with high-value customers.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high value customers.
• Coordinate with Operations, IT, Risk to drive resolution.
• Explain monthly statements and guide through chargeback process.
• Educate customers on risk mitigation tools and compliance.
• Create and manage service tickets from initiation to resolution.
• Train customers on setup and operation of payment processing equipment.
• Communicate resolutions clearly for monetary inquiries.
• Investigate merchant transaction histories and reconcile discrepancies.
