Jobot is seeking a Litigation Attorney for a hybrid remote role in the Philadelphia area (Philadelphia or Malvern). The position offers a base salary range of $120,000 to $200,000 per year plus bonuses, with comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage and a 401(k) match.

You will handle a broad civil litigation docket, representing businesses, insureds, and individuals while managing matters from inception through trial.

Competenze

• PA Bar Admission required.
• Recent defense litigation experience.

Mansioni

• Represent businesses, insureds, and individuals across a diverse civil litigation docket, owning matters from inception through resolution in state and federal courts.
• Manage your own caseload of litigation matters from pleadings through trial.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and appellate briefs.
• Take and defend depositions, and argue motions in court.
• Prepare case evaluations and reports for clients and carriers.
• Attend mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
