Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation.
• Licensed to practice law in the state.
• Proven experience in dispute resolution, arbitration, and mediation.
• Solid understanding of corporate law.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies.
• Prepare and draft legal documents (pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, briefs).
• Conduct extensive legal research and analysis of laws, regulations, and articles.
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations.
• Perform risk analysis and advise clients on potential issues.
• Provide guidance and counsel on business litigation matters.
• Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff for case management.
